In my Counselling sessions, I use evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Psychodynamic Therapy, I’ve helped diverse populations – children, adolescents, and adults from varied cultural backgrounds – navigate life’s challenges.
